We are getting close to our May 19th court date for our lawsuit we filed against the City of Oakland for failure to implement its Encampment Management Policy.  This is a major update in our crusade for accountability from City Hall to find urgently needed housing and services while enforcing public safety laws and protecting our homes and businesses from crime and squalor. 

Please save the date for 4/19/22 in the Fruitvale area.  Several small, minority-owned businesses have been significantly harmed by the City’s negligence. Some of these owners will be joining us to speak out.  It’s time for neighbors to come together and take a stand for accountable leadership.
