This law is to protect the children of domestic violence families. I believe that there should be a law passed that if there is solid proof of domestic violence and the victim wants to divorce, the children should automatically go to victim during the separation until seen before a judge and there should always be a mediator/officer to protect during visitations. This protects the victim and the children. It also keeps the children from being separated by an abusive spouse.
