We (those who have signed this petition) are aware of the inhumane living conditions the dogs are forced to endure at the dog shelter located at, 29 Depot Street, Charleston, Mississippi  38921.

These dogs are living in their own body waste, little to no food or water.  Shelters that are less then adequate. They are not receiving any medical care and are forced to live in pain from injuries and neglect.

We are requesting that any and all public officials, individuals, and employees at this shelter be held accountable and that these dogs be treated humanely.  We request that these dogs receive proper shelter, food, water, and medical care.

We are also requesting that the funding or budgeting allotted for this shelter be made public and the means in which these funds have been spent be made public as well.
