Browser, has been a cat at White Settlement Public Library for over 6 years and hasn't done anything to deserve this unfair treatment.  This cat, in this small town has garnered much media attention already.  There are similar animals in other public areas throughout the country, including in libraries!  

After a 2-1 vote by the city council it was determined that the cat would be evicted from a place it has called home.

Not only is this unfair, but it is against what the public wants to see done.  We are also aware that there is an upcoming July 12 meeting that could reverse this very decision.  The cat has until July 14 to find a new home.  

I urge you to correct this mistake and focus on more important city issues.
