The time has finally come to show up at City Hall in BIG numbers!

Please join your fellow Hoboken residents for this critical Special Council Meeting on Wed, August 7th at 7pm (City Hall @ 94 Washington St.), where each City Council member will vote on two key waterfront initiatives that will serve to protect our beautiful waterfront.

1) A resolution authorizing a proposed settlement of the Monarch dispute that would prevent two 11-story buildings on Hoboken's northern waterfront at 15th Street pier.

2) An ordinance which would authorize the City to make an offer to New York Waterways for the purchase of Union Dry Dock for the purpose of a public park, and acquiring this property through eminent domain if all parties fail to agree on a purchase price fo the property.
