The community of Penn Hills, Verona, Churchill, Wilkinsburg and other connecting neighborhoods that are affected have a concern about the high sewage bill that seems to continue to increase.

Some of the long time residents have expressed that this community has been paying fines that are over 20 years old due to dumping in the Allegheny River. This community would like to know if those fines have been paid and if not how much more is there to pay?

Penn Hills taxes are increasing in every way and there seems to be no relief in sight. We need answers and a way to rectify the situation of our increasing water bill, especially during these times as the Covid Pandemic causes us to struggle.

Penn Hills is a great community that cares about their neighborhood and are coming together as a people to save it from the increasing taxes, fees and crime. We need answers and solutions!
