Our local Okmulgee animal shelter is constantly being overrun with cats and dogs that are being abandoned. While we have a large group of foster and adoption homes, there is still an influx of animals being euthanized.

By requiring cats and dogs to be spayed/neutered we can drastically cut down on the number of precious animals being killed by euthanasia. 

While this petition is just a start, hopefully we can get out community discussing ways to fix the overpopulation problem we have and find a way to end the killing of healthy cats/dogs.
