Kenton on Sea's parking in front of Spar have recently become a hot spot for self appointed car guards to ask for donations. These individuals have harassed our local older female population by verbally threatening them if they don't give them a "donation". They have scratched local's cars who haven't supported them. They have victimized and harassed other employees of shops asking for donations and bribery. They have used racial stereotyping to verbally abuse and cajole compliance.
Our local authorities have tried to control the situation with Hitec but they need our support. How? If we can get this petition signed and delivered to the mayor of Ndlambe we can show that we the community are against negative elements in our community.
