More Frequency of Londons' Public Transport Buses and earlier Trains on 'Sundays' especially during 'rush hour':
More frequency of buses and that 1st Trains to start at a more appropriate time Sunday mornings : Healthcare Workers/Professional such as myself are endlessly frustrated the inability to get to work on time on Sundays when not in easy vicinity !! As well as other Workers/Professionals !
Getting to work on time in the mornings on Sundays is a frustrating tiring and endless problem at times. Buses are less frequent and Train Timetables start later than during the week. Hence more often than not one is late for work. The Timetables have not changed with increased need / demand of Sunday workers and Sunday Trading shoppers .. eg Some bus routes run every 30 minutes and if you miss that bus lateness is a joint problem to Employer and an embarrasment to Employee !
Some Train routes dont start until 7.15am and you have to be at work at 07.30am - which is impossible !!
THE DEMAND FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT ON SUNDAYS has increased tremendously but the TIMETABLES have not change to adequately meet the demand.
LONDONERS who are not within easy vicinity of their workplace, who work on 'SUNDAYS' would definately benefit - i'm certain !
