Staff at Wapping and Shadwell Overground stations are an important part of our community. They are a welcoming presence who make people feel safe, provide tourists with help and offer support to those people who can't manage the heritage staircase to the platform at Wapping without assistance. And they have great plants to cheer up the environment too! 

Their continued presence is at risk as the result of a consultation underway by Arriva Rail London who are the organisation who manage the London Overground. Staff at Wapping, along with those at over 50 other Overground stations.

If you want to ensure that we keep support at both stations for folk with limited mobility, parents with children, and those who value the support from staff on site, please add your voice to ours to support the retention of the staff at Wapping  and Shadwell stations by signing this petition, and by encouraging your friends and colleagues  to do so as well.

The consultation ends on 11  October so there is not much time to act- make sure you are part of our movement.
