Recently I noticed an anti-abortion billboard ‘advertisement’ on the pacific highway at Belmont North. Some people may remember the same advertisement being removed from Newcastle Transport buses. So, it’s safe to say why has Lake Macquarie been targeted as the next condemnation? So, be that as it may if you’re pro women being entitled to safe and stigma free termination services, or even if you’ve ever been in a situation where you (or your partner) has ever needed to use abortion services before please spread the word on this petition. I will be contacting the Lake Macquarie Mayor (Kay Fraser) and express all concerns about the ‘advertisement’ and eventually result in its removal.
