On August 6, 2021, two people were arrested in connection to my daughter's murder. A 17 year old boy and his mother. The boy is being charged with murder and attempted murder. His mother, Maria Gonzalez is charged with being an accessory (pc32). She was booked into the Fresno County Jail. After only doing 4 days in jail, she was able to bond out. This is not fair!

BOTH NEED TO BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW! Maria Gonzalez needs to be put back where she belongs with NO BAIL! She should of never been granted bail!

 On January 3, 2021, Breanna and a group of friends were leaving a birthday party when 2 individuals walked passed them and then opened fire. Breanna was struck once and her 15 year old friend was struck 8 times. After the shooting they they jumped in a car and fled the scene. The car was driven by Maria. The other kid that was present, his name is being withheld because he is a witness to the murder and attempted murder.

My daughter's life was senselessly taken. Breanna was only 14. She had her whole life ahead of her. She was robbed of her future. Breanna was taken away from everyone who loves her. We all miss her so much.

His senseless actions has affected so many lives. I know mine will never be the same without my Breanna. I miss her everyday.

Breanna leaves behind her Mother, Step-Father, Father, 6 sisters, 3 brothers, 1 niece,1 nephew and many other family and friends who loved and still love her dearly. We all just want justice for our Angel.
