With current food shortages across South Florida we should allow up to four adult chickens per stand alone residence in Fort Lauderdale which will produce up to 120 dozen eggs per year.  This is currently allowed in South Miami.  Roosters are not needed to produce eggs and are not allowed as part of this petition.
