I care about the environment and believe In-N-Out’s Walnut Creek location is a benefit, not a burden to our community. The proposed location at 2nd Avenue and Main Street is in a commercial district and not a residential neighborhood. Residential neighborhoods in the area already live by commercial businesses and will not suffer diminished property values, in fact the opposite may be true. An In-N-Out would clean up a run-down site currently occupied by light industrial space and warehouses. Driving outside the area to the nearest location is between 7 and 20 miles away which adds considerably to air pollution and traffic. Bring this high quality, affordable restaurant to Walnut Creek.
