This petition is to support the Midfield homeowners and residents in their fight to have their landlord (The City of Calgary-Calgary Housing Corporation) honour their 2012 Go Forward Strategy commitment to build and move them to a new mobile home park, or, at the very least pay the Midfield homeowners a full replacement value buy-out.

They shouldn't be forced to demolish the homes they own because the City failed them. It is Not their fault the infrastructure is failing. A new park needs to built to move their homes to ... as promised. 

The residents of Midfield Park deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Forcing them out and providing no where to move their homes to, thereby causing a total loss of home equity - loss/demolition of their homes -  is simply inhuman and unacceptable. 

The moral and ethical thing for the Mayor of Calgary and City Councillors to do is to fulfill it's commitments to the Midfield Mobile Home Park homeowners.
