After the gross and flagrant use of an AXES and Hammers and Machetes against members of the Rochester Police Department and the Public, we are calling for Mayor Kim Norton to enact Strict and Sensible AXE CONTROL and HAMMER CONTROL LAWS and REGULATIONS in Rochester Minnesota.  WE DEMAND UNIVERSAL BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR ALL AXE AND HAMMER PURCHASES.

Among these would be:

1) Complete and Thorough Background Checks for all AXE AND HAMMER Purchases;

2) Complete Prohibition of Online Axe AND hammer Purchases;

3) Ban of AXE AND HAMMER purchases at AXE AND HAMMER shows;

4) Red Flag Laws for the Reporting of Individuals with AXES AND HAMMERS;

5) Banning of all media which glorify the use of AXES and Hammers, i.e. Films and children's cartoons about Paul Bunyon, all axe-murder movies and related movies such as The Texas Chain Saw Massacre Franchise and even Night of the Living Dead, etc.

6) Further prohibitions of AXES and Hammers being carried in public, whether concealed or openly.

7) Registration of all axes and hammers currently in circulation!
