A bill has been filed, HB1349 by Jay Fant of Jacksonville. But he can't do it alone, and WE can't "phone it in" from back home. Last year we did not have this level of support and the protection law failed to pass. Our final payment is due, and $3500 must be raised before Monday to keep the project on track.
