Relisha T Rudd was an 8year old girl residing at The Dc General Homeless shelter Washington DC with her family.. On or about March 1st 2014 was the date Relisha was last seen in the 1900 block of Mass Ave SE Wash DC.. Last seen in the custody of a janitor at the homeless shelter Khalil Tatum. on or about March 31st 2014 Khalil Tatum’s body was recovered at Kenilworth park with fatal self Inflicted gun shot wounds, his wife was also found dead at a Red Roof Motel cause of death gunshot wounds as well.. 18days lapsed with no amber alert from local authorities or family from March 1 2014-March 18 2019 approximately! Normally when a child goes missing parents family and friends are a treasure trove of information to investigators..in Relisha Rudd’a Case there are many conflicting statements and no concrete answers as to her whereabouts between 3/1/2014 through 3/18/2014..  There were fake notes written by a person who has not been identified stating Relisha was under the care of a Doctor Tatum due to her excessive absence from school after further investigation Child and Family Services Investigators discovered there was no such doctor by the name of Khalil Tatum.. It became apparent Khalil Tatum was the janitor at the homeless shelter.. Her case is filled with murder, deception and suicide.. we are certain that someone knows something that will crack this case and bring this baby home, get justice for loved ones and assist the community to heal and learn from this colossal failure of family, community, local law enforcement and government entities.. Raising her reward $75K will without a doubt bring in new relevant information and velocity to her case closure.. we are asking every citizen to sign this petition to raise her reward to $75k.. referencing several high profile cases that have been solved quickly after their reward had been raised above the standard $25,000 (Makiyah Wilson Karon Brown just to name a few..
