This practice is not only barbaric, painful, horrid and a very sad indication of human cruelty, it is indicative of a state that is still way behind the times in this field. We understand that there are times that animals must be humanely euthanized but we, along with many veterinarians feel that there are MUCH better ways, more humane non suffering ways to do this!

Oklahoma City and Oklahoma State have moved into the new century with a bang! We have built buidings, made this state a wonderful place to live and yet we still use these outdated forms of euthanization on our beloved animals.
