DC37 school staff support student academic and social growth.  There are the daily tasks they perform, such as copying, phone calls, and supply maintenance that ensure students are well prepared for class.  However, there are the more intangible benefits they bring to the lives our students.  They greet our students with warm smiles and bandaids for cuts.  They may assist our younger students in entry and exit of the building.  They are valued members of our school community and without them, essential services will be lost.
