Medical freedom for City of St. Paul employees

Medical freedom for City of St. Paul employees
The Issue
Stand up to medical freedom and your personal choice to decide if you would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine without the fear of losing your livelihood and career.
As of October 21st 2021, City of St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter announced all city employees must complete their vaccination series by December 31, and will have to prove and attest to their vaccination status by January 14. However, unlike many other employers, St. Paul will not be allowing employees to "opt out" of getting vaccinated by agreeing to regular testing.
Unfortunately, those who chose to not receive the vaccine or provide proof within the given timeframe will be 'subject to discipline' and will risk being terminated from their job.
The sad reality is, St. Paul residents will end up losing many first responders and essential workers as a result of this mandate. Already short staffed, the city cannot afford to lose more Police, Fire, EMS & other frontline workers.
Please share and sign if you agree that the government shall not dictate our medical freedom and what must be injected into our bodies. We believe it is our right to decide to receive, or NOT to receive, a vaccine with no long term research without jeopardizing our careers that so many have dedicated their lives to.
