Landlord refers to his tenants as N****!!!

David Merryman owner of several properties in Newport News, Va and owner of MERRYMAN GROUNDS MAINT INC. refers to his tenants as N*****

A Post made by Samantha Feeley on September 19, 2020 contacting David in reference to the economic hardship that Covid has caused her and her family since Covid has affected her financially as her hours have been impacted.  The text messages from David that Samantha posted, David refers to his tenants as Ni**** multiple times.

Other tenants have reported their concerns with David as well in the city. People have reported David threatening to physically shut off water lines.

An Federal investigation is needed on the discrimination against tenants, failure to maintain property &threatening tenants who are behind on rent to cut their water line.
