As San Francisco enters into the Orange or 'Moderate' tier of reopening, the City and Couty of San Francisco and the Department of Public Health. have many plans of increasing the opening of indoor dining and indoor places of worship by September 30. Additionally, indoor movie theaters and outdoor playgrounds opening in early October.

It's time the swimming community comes together and encourage the City and County of San Francisco to consider opening indoor pools given the appropriate protocols following the given guidelines for competitive and or recreational lap swimming.

By the city and county allowing and helping the pools to reopen it's not just giving back to our adult community, but also giving back to our youth by giving them some kind of socialization with peers, physical exercise, mental health, and allowing the sport of competitive swimming to continue in this city!!
