The scariest feeling in the world is investing your last dollar into something and then finding out that it can be taken from you in the blink of an eye. I didn’t learn until 3 months ago that my building wasn’t zoned correctly for my Detail Shop. I’ve paid all cost and filed all the necessary paperwork associated with rezoning my property. Now I’m just at the mercy of the Area Planning Commission and the City Council to approve the request for rezoning. If its not approved then I don’t have a job, and neither does anyone else for that matter. 

I opened Kitty Licks Auto Spa on October 7th  2016. Our first location was on Burkhardt, where we operated for 2 years and I’ve been owning and operating the business at 15 E. Riverside for the last 12 months where not only does the business own the property, but the property itself has become very familiar and easily accessible to our customers that we cater to daily. We have a five star rating on Google Reviews and have been rated 5 stars on our FB page since opening in 2016. I say that to say this, we go above and beyond for our customers and take pride in the services that we offer at Kitty Licks Auto Spa! We are in it for the long haul and we plan to bring nothing but good to the Glenwood Neighborhood as well as create jobs and positive happenings at this location.
