Breaking news: CBC has just reported that the city is evicting homeless people who are living near the Gardiner Expressway in the west-end. Last week the city was removing homeless people from the sidewalk near Ryerson. Last night the shelter capacity for men was 96% and for women 98%. One of the reasons the city cites for not opening the armouries is "insufficient washrooms". This picture is a reminder of the Moss Park facility size.
