Today's rainstorm and flooding alerts are just a reminder that not all people who are homeless can access shelter. The last time the Don Valley flooded, homeless people were flooded out. In May, there are no warming centres or cooling centres open. The armouries remain shut. Where can people go? For these reasons this petition is still alive.
