A June 12th Post on Indy Tax Dollars calls our attention to the recent unveiling of Plan 2020... a 126 page plan created by the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee to give us a glimpse into the future of our fair city. Indy Tax Dollars points out that huge chunks of the Plan are presented in the past tense. Apparently, while we were "out in left field", hundreds (perhaps thousands?) of people were meeting and discussing surveys, questionnaires, proposals, suggestions, etc., about the future of the city. Not surprisingly, the Red Line is a big part of the Plan.
