The Issue
This is important to protect our World Heritage sites and preserve the quality of life in the neighborhoods directly around the Missions. Only low impact and green space development compatible with the World Heritage guidelines should be considered with community involvement. The South Central Community Plan was created to help reverse existing incompatible uses within our Historical District, including the erosion of quality of life experienced by inappropriate development.
