Chase (7yrs) and Liberty (5yrs) are two siblings going through the most painful and straining dilemma of a custody battle that should have been ended YEARS ago. Right now, they're currently residing with their father, Paul, who has physically, mentally, and emotionally damaged not only them but their mother, Marion, over these past four years.

Marion has been fighting tooth and nail through the Madison County Family Courthouse to get her children back into a safe environment where they will be loved, understood, and not exposed to sexual content, neglect, bruises, handprints, and verbal degrading. I've seen first-hand the abuse he's put into these children, from grabbing Chase (who has autism) by the arm and screaming and swearing at him, to locking himself into a room where he refused to be bothered by his children and left Marion to the work of parenting on her own. 

I am requesting of Mayor Helen Acker of Oneida to receive this petition and help Marion to take action the way it should have been done when the trauma of these two bright, beautiful, and intelligent children first started. I would like for there to be an investigation on the work of Judge St. Ledger for empathizing all this time with the father and considering vital evidence as insufficient in this case. These children deserve so much better. Please sign this petition and let them have it.
