The Federal Aviation Administration’s new flight paths over Historic Jefferson Park, Historic West Adams, Downtown LA, and East LA have created unacceptable levels of noise and pollution that are having profound consequences on health and the local economy (property values and filming).

We ask the City of Los Angeles to join the lawsuits filed against the FAA, which has refused to negotiate with local communities across the United States.  Orange County, Laguna Beach, Culver City, and Phoenix have sued the FAA, and we want Los Angeles to protect its constituents by joining this legal effort.
