The case against Markeith Loyd should be an open and closed case ending with the death penalty, but it isn't. Today, our unfortunate elected State Attorney, Aramis Ayala, announced she will not seek the death penalty for this evil individual; disregarding the justice for the people who were slain in the hands of this man. The home page of the state attorneys office reads like this:

Seeking justice means giving victims of crime an opportunity to be heard.

Seeking justice means fairly and equally applying the law to all.

Seeking justice means always standing up for what is RIGHT, no matter how unpopular that may be.

In cases where prison sentences are justified, we will seek them with courage and aggressiveness – never accepting lesser sanctions in order to raise so-called “conviction rates.""

This page and what our state attorney AYALA represents and stands for is conducted and written under false pretenses and Fraudulent misrepresentation, both are which CRIMES! When an individual commits the crime of false pretenses, they misrepresent a fact in order to acquire someone else’s property, which can include intangible property, such as information that has been obtained. She misrepresented the state, the officers, their families and the civilians in allotting Loyd the denial of the death penalty.

We need to unite again as ONE( #morelovelesshate) to force AYALA to resign or give Markeith Loyd the death penalty, so those who perished by his hands will have justice and their families, children, siblings, parents and friends can sleep better, knowing their loved one wasn't forgotten and evil was brought to justice.

This is an epic injustice! Lt. Debra Clayton was lying defensly as this mad man stood over her and executed her, with no chance to live! As Chief Mina put it, "the heinous crimes that he committed in our community are the very reason we have the death penalty.

SIGN THIS PETITION TO MAKE AYALA RESIGN FROM STATE ATTORNEY AND INELIGIBLE FOR ANY OTHER CAREERS THAT INVOLVE REPRESENTATION OF JUSTICE AND ITS PEOPLE!
