TURN ON the lights of Bacolod - Silay International Airport Access Road.

We are thankful for this access road because travel time was cut in half and made convenient during the day.

Unfortunately, it is very dangerous and scary at night because all of the light posts and stop lights are not working (off).

This is people's money, money not put in good use. 

Let us not wait for more accidents! TURN THE LIGHTS ON!
