Dear Supporter of Safer Streets in San Mateo,
Please take five minutes to respond to the City of San Mateo's survey regarding its current plan to install bike lanes around San Mateo High School. The current City Bike Plan has identified bike lanes on Humboldt and Poplar as important to reducing crashes and increasing comfort and safety for kids (and teachers) biking to school. Your response to this survey will demonstrate to the City that it should not abandon this plan and that residents care about reducing fatalities and serious injuries for cyclists and pedestrians.
