The problem is the Reading Parking Authority works from 6:30 AM to late at night. They give no time to us working people to wake up and move our cars in the morning when we leave for work. Also us working people have to come at 4:30-5 PM and have no parking because people who don’t work have 2-3 or more cars and don’t move them. So now that we have worked all day we have to come home and worry about getting a ticket because there is no parking spots and parking authority works till late at night . It would make a change, maybe people wouldn’t be as angry as they are towards parking authority. It would give us working people a chance to get up and moving for work and knowing when we come home from work since there’s still no parking we wouldn’t get a ticket.
