Dear Mr. Mayor,

Please help us change Cross Island Expressway toll fee, to a flat rate of $50 per year for all residents, island businesses and workers, who choose to use it.

This petition is to Mayor David Bennet. Please help lighten the economical load of island living. We were told that when the Cross Island was paid off, that the fees would discontinue.
