Breeding of dogs especially Pitt Bull terriers have become a legal way to fund crime & for others to make a quick buck while rescues get limited funding to deal with the unwanted untrained, sometimes sick and injured over bred litters and their parents.

Breeding is encouraging the theft of desirable dogs to breed and sell on. There isn't much that can be done to prove the theft of these dogs (also desirable for fighting & bait) 

Rescues, 501c3 organizations and other do gooders within the community are having to go through heartbreak after heartbreak knowing hardly anyone has room to accommodate but yet there's another unwanted litter or a mamma dog that's no longer needed or a male that's got loose at a local dumpster someone has to do something about, someone needs to spay, someone needs to neuter, someone needs to make sure they are healthy and well fed, someone needs to be responsible...but however many of us decide to dedicate our time, lives, money, effort, sleepless nights, heartache day after day, we aren't the ones who can make a great deal of an impact just with a signature! OFFICIALS ARE AND WE NEED THEIR SUPPORT! How can we fight something and figure out a plan if the breeding is outweighing our efforts?

GIVE RESCUES A CHANCE! BAN THE BREEDING IN RUSTON PLEASE �

FINE those found BREEDING without a permit... Allow RESCUES to spay/neuter their animals & find the parents and the pups new homes at the expense of the owner who did not comply within city limits, give your animal organizations a fighting chance to make the difference they signed up for!
