Currently in the City of Auxvasse, pot belly pigs are considered unlawful. They are considered livestock [Swine] in Section 12 "Keeping livestock near dwellings" in the Animal Ordinance #544-2002. This ordinance will prevent me from keeping Mr. Squeakers. Mr. Squeakers is a 2-year old neutered pot belly pig who is trained to use a litter box and lives indoors. 

Mr. Squeakers is NOT a hog, livestock, or a farm animal. Like a dog or cat, Mr. Squeakers is not a food source, requires shelter, and can be trained. 

Please help me clarify the City of Auxvasse's Animal Ordinance in the respect that Pot Belly Pigs are NOT livestock.
