The rest of the world has decided that there will be a zero tolerance for the usage of the word N*** and racial slurs. Linden New Jersey should be no different. 
In Linden NJ the Fire Chief used that word as well as stated some hateful remarks to African American firefighters under his command.  Therefore the Linden Fire Chief should be removed for not adhering to city policy and creating an unsafe environment for the firefighters under his command. There are currently two complaints, one local and one federal, that outline multiple incidents of bigotry and bias against the African American members of the Fire Department. It has been over 80 days with no resolution to this problem or at least a simple apology.
