Mr Mayor, on March 6th 2014, to Pasay City, Philippines, Lucila Feliciano scalded Echo, Jackie Lim's basset hound, her neighbor! There was no reason for making this horror, says Jackie! Echo was burned in the third degree and died from consequences of its wounds on March 8th 2014! 
We ask for your help to make condemn this woman for acts of cruelties to an animal and for that this kind of facts do not reproduce any more! We also want to support Jackie in the pain to have lost its dog in so atrocious circumstances!

Il 6 Marzo 2014, a Pasay City, Filippine, Lucila Feliciano ha sbollentato Eco, il bassotto hound di Jackie Lim, la sua vicina! Non c'era nessuna ragione di fare questo orrore, dice Jackie! Eco è stata bruciata al terzo grado e è morta dei seguiti delle sue ferite il 08 Marzo 2014! Chiediamo il vostro aiuto per fare condannare questa donna per atti di crudeltà verso un animale ed affinché questo genere di fatti non si riprodursi più! Vogliamo sostenere anche Jackie nel dolore di avere perso il suo cane in tanto atroci circostanze!
