Pet Habitat located in Metropolis at Metrotown sells puppies and kittens in store. They are kept in boxes that closely resemble fish tanks and don't have enough water access or air ventilation. The ability for pet stores to sell puppies and kittens have been banned in most cities, it's time to add Burnaby to that list.
