Friends To The Forlorn Pitbull Rescue, Inc. of Dallas, GA wants to adopt Meredith a pitbull to a family that lives within the city limits of Trenton, GA (Dade County).

The below City of Trenton Ordinance was passed at the regular meeting of the commission of the City of Trenton, Georgia on June 2, 2008 by Tommy Lawson, Mayor Pro Tempore and attested to by Lucretia Houts. 

We need to get this Breed Specific Legislation (BSL) removed so that Meredith can go to her new family!

Please show your support that BSL should not exist!  We do support mandatory licensing laws, mandatory microchipping laws, mandatory spay/neuter laws, mandatory anti-chaining laws  and mandatory leash laws which are effective in managing and creating a happy, safe and positive animal community within a city.
