UNITED STATES AND ILLINOIS CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM IS TWO-FOLD.
Illinois man Avery Lee Binion Sr. B14209 has been incarcerated for 22 years serving an inhuman life without parole sentence under the Illinois law of accountability, which is a theory that allows states to file charges against someone for another persons conduct even though Mr. Binion was not present during the commission of the act of murder being committed.  Mr. Binion  did not discharge a firearm to cause death to anyone nor cause bodily harm to anyone, it shall be noted that all the actual individuals who committed the act of crime was released in 2016. Mr. Avery Lee Binion Sr. B14209, ask In Support of granting clemency to be given a second chance and compensation of compassionate  release of  parole eligibility.  Mr.Binion and his loved ones Pray for him to be restored into useful citizenship in our community and to reunite with family and friends with community support. We PRAY in God’s Spirit  for your support. The United States of America was built on principles  and ideas, our system along with our country currently has more people serving life sentences than the total number of people who were  incarcerated in the 1970s. The cost of keeping Illinois inmates in  prison today is over 16 billion dollars each year of taxpayers money. We implore this board to grant Mr. Binion early release thank you for your time and consideration.
