Romania, again ! 

Barbaric acts of sadism towards animals have become daily news from Romania. This individual, Mihai Costache from Dambovicioara - Arges County was so mad, because once, while he was walking his German Shepherd , with leash, he passed by a sheep pen, and the dogs guarding the property, started barking. NO dogs ever attacked him, or his dog, that he decided to take his revenge on those poor animals. On Saturday, July 25, he took his sword and a gun, and a friend with an ax and started hitting the dogs on that property. Basically they trespassed and attacked the dogs...He even attacked with his sword a dog who was tethered in the backyard of his owners. Luckily , the stepdaughter of the owner got out of the house an managed to stop the attack. They called the police and charges have been laid against this individual who, as mentioned in the Romanian media is known for his aggressive behavior. 

Actele de sadism asupra animalelor au devenit stiri cotidiene in Romania. Conform celor mentionate in media : 

De data aceasta a comis-o din nou, sâmbătă 25 iulie la Dealul Sasului unde are o casă de vacanţă, moştenire de la tatăl său. Înarmat cu o sabie şi un pistol, sâmbătă spre seară, a dat iama în stâna deţinută de fiul viceprimarului comunei Dâmbovicioara, Ion Florescu, și a făcut prăpăd printre toți câinii care i-au ieșit în cale.
Viceprimarul Florescu ne-a povestit ceea ce s-a întâmplat, scene ce par desprinse din filmele de groază ”știu că în urmă cu o săptămână și-a plimbat câinele, un ciobănesc german, fără să fie legat și că doi câini din zonă s-au luat de câinele lui. A venit în jur de ora 17.00, când eram plecați, și la stână erau doar nora și nepotul. Mai era însoțit de cineva și a început să alerge câinii. A tăiat cu sabia o cățea după care a ajuns la câinele nostru, care era legat, și i-a făcut mai multe tăieturi. Nora mea a ieșit și a început să țipe, iar el a tras trei focuri în aer și a plecat. Nu cred ca așa ceva este normal”.

We ask that this individual be punished at the FULL extend of ALL Romanian laws he and his friend trespassed, horrible acts of cruelty to animals, intend to KILL animals( LAw 9/2008, OUG 55/2002 for the ownership of his dog ), trespassing on private property with the intend to produce damages, damage to property, possession and use of weapons on a private property, etc.

Mihai Costache should also be charged for instigating his friend to commit illegal actions. His friend MUST also be charged as accomplice to commit illegal actions.

Cerem ca acest individ sa fie pedepsit in modul cel mai sever, pe baza tuturor legilor romane in vigoare aplicabile infractiunilor savarsite, acte de cruzime asupra animalelor, intentia de a omora animale( Legea 9/2008 si OUG 55/2002 referitor la cainele lui), intrarea ilegala pe o proprietate privata cu intentia de a produce pagube, detinerea de arme ( sabie si arma de foc ) si folosirea acestora pe o proprietata privata, instigarea persoanei care l-a insotit , la comiterea de acte ilegale. Persoana care l-a insoti trebuie sa fie de asemenea deferita justitiei pentru complicitate la comiterea de acte ilegale.

Romanian authorities MUST start to PUNISH these individual in the most severe way, in the same way these acts of cruelty would be punished in all civilized countries.

Autoritatile romane TREBUIE sa inceapa sa pedepseasca in modul cel mai sever aceste acte de cruzime asupra animalelor, asa cum SUNT ele pedepsite in toate tarile civilizate.
