Intentional deception in order to persuade another person to part with their money. The cheque I show you now was when Gary Young used his cheques as security to extract more money from me. Gary Young did this with the knowledge that the cheques were not worth the paper they were written on. I did not present the cheques to my bank following what they said about the previous cheques.
