Gary Young wrote this cheque out for me, as you can see my bank rejected it. He let me think he was giving me my savings back. Cheque fraud occurs when a person writes a cheque, knowing there is NO ACCOUNT. I later found out from the police the account did not exist. The cheque is from a Royal Bank of Scotland - Penicuik Branch for £15000.00 (fifteen thousand pounds ,my life savings).
