The first time the police were involved was when a police detective came to my door asking if I knew a Gary Hugh,I said there is a Gary Young next door,she was looking for him because he had been selling machinery that he had hired.At this point, she came into my property and saw all the damage Gary had caused.She then got her sergeant down along with SOCO to take pictures of all the damage.At this stage guided by the CPS, a fourteen-month investigation took place.Everything was going well until a meeting took place with my Consultant,CPN,Social Worker,Rethink Advocate and the Police Detective.My Consultant told the Police that going to court would be very difficult for David and this was when the Police stopped the investigation.This why I am asking change.org to help me.
