AirAsia Should Refund Its’ Customers with Cash Refund, or at least Provide The Options

AirAsia ‘deliberately’ delaying their refund process to all his customers after cancelling the flights during COVID-19 and Movement Control Order. Initially they provided with 3 options including Option 3 : Full Refund (Cash). However they are forcing people to accept Credit Account Refund ONLY. We are demanding AirAsia to expedite the refund and pay in Cash/Full Refund. Or at least provide the options to the customers as before. MAVCOM & Ministry of Transport should looking into this as this is clear and obvious tactics by AirAsia to take advantage on its’ customers.
