We the residents of Maesgwyn, kindly request that WAFC take ownership of the club’s incredible success by implementing a fully funded Match Day & Events Residents Parking Scheme! The clubs rapid rise & success under the new ownership of Rob & Ryan in turn has caused the worsening issues of football fans & staff, parking inconsiderately and dangerously on local residential streets by blocking roads, blocking driveway's, obstructing crossings, and completely blocking pavements forcing often vulnerable & disabled residents with mobility issues or scooters and parents with prams & small children into the roadways. Altercations between residents & people parking like this are a frequent occurrence as is antisocial behaviours such as urinating on residents property. The club already voluntarily pays for temporary cones and signage on match days on some parts of the streets which is very ineffective, so this money could be used to help fund a more complete & reliable scheme.
