Camp MasterChef Junior was cancelled this summer of 2020. Parents, like myself, have paid in full and then covid19 hit. They decided to roll over our tuition to the summer of 2021 and then shortly decided to cancel their camp altogether. I feel they should take responsibility for paying everyone back. It costs around 1,500 for a 1 week overnight camp. Masterchef is a well known name, they need to take responsibility! Please sign this petition to make the CEO, Sandro Lucarini, responsible for paying us back! There is a current lawsuit filed with law office Markowitz, Ringel, Trusty and Hartog in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The last I was told from Grace E Robson, Esq. from their law office was that it is very likely we will not receive a refund because Camp MasterChef (Campus CerDanya) is located in Europe. Grace Robson also stated "even if we sued and got a judgement, the cost to do so and collect would outweigh the likelihood of recovery going to families". I feel that this is unfair. Please sign this petition and help get the word out about Camp MasterChef Junior not refunding their camp.
