Thank you to everyone supporting the growth of this Petition. We're nearly ready to finally approach Government leaders to enforce and make new laws protecting our Elders from legacy wealth abuse in white collar crimes sweeping our nation where Probate Court fraud happens.

Enough movies (I Care Alot) and Netflix Documentary Guardianship Abuse have raised our concerns & outrage of what fraud is enabled in Probate Courts that are not Constitutional Courts.  If Government can make these Higher Courts we can have more rights to go after where abuse happens.  To force drugs by placing John Savonovich in a home not his own, who is clearly a mentally competent person, was shocking to witness.

This petition demands our Government investigate, and prevent Guardianship Abuse from predatorial Lawyers, unethical Guardianship companies, & Probate Courts where ever abuse is happening.

NETFLIX documentaries in DIRTY MONEY SERIES, examined, exposed cases with CHARLIE THRASH IN San Antonio TX and JOHN SAVONOVICH in Needham MA, two Elders who lost their rights, their homes, their freedom.   

It's our future, let's close the door permanently on a growing white collar crime: GUARDIANSHIP ABUSE that raises considerable doubt on what is going on in Probate Court Guardianship cases?
